What we expect — by apprenticeship year

The standard the weekly review measures against. Pick a year to see the bar for that stage. The checklist is the same across years — what changes is how much independence and quality we expect.

Meets expectation = a solid 3 for that year. A 1st year meeting their standard and a 4th year meeting theirs both score around 3 — the bar rises each year. Safety is the one area we never drop the standard on.
